We are happy to accept new patients to our practice list who live within our practice area. All new applicants wishing to join the list aged 14 years and over are invited to have a health check with the Practice Nurse to discuss service requirements. The receptionist will make arrangements for this appointment.
Children of 13 years of age or under will be registered as their parent/guardian places their application. Although patients are registered with the “Practice” and not an individual doctor they can request a preferred doctor when registering. When registering you will be asked if you have a preference for a particular doctor who might then become known as your usual doctor.
New Patients All our new patients are invited to attend a consultation to discuss their health needs. We would encourage all our new patients to arrange this at their earliest convenience.
We are currently unable to offer this service.
However, you may print off a registration form below, fill it out and bring it in with you on your first visit to the practice.
These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.
